Aimee Osbourne: why Ozzy's daughter didn't want to participate in "The Osbournes"

Many do not know, but Ozzy Osbourne has six children. Three of them are from their first marriage, with Thelma Riley - two biological and one foster -, while the other three come from his union with Sharon Osbourne: Kelly, Jack and Aimee.
Only two of them, Kelly and Jack, were known to participate alongside the parents of the series "The Osbournes". Aimee is remembered by fans more dedicated to Ozzy's career because it was the subject of a song featured in the re-release of the 1995 album "Ozzmosis". The track is named after her.

Despite this, many don't even know who Aimee Osbourne is. And she prefers it that way - so she chose not to be on the reality show "The Osbournes", which debuted on MTV when she was about 19 years old. The young woman even moved to another house because she did not want to be involved with the program.
"I grew up with a very famous father anyway and I always valued my privacy within that family. For me, this was not in line with what I saw for my future - even to give a chance to develop as a human being, instead of to be remembered only as a teenager, "said Aimee, in a recent interview with American radio Q104.3, with a transcript from Blabbermouth.

Madman's daughter acknowledges that the reality show was very good for her family as a whole. "It really worked well for the rest of the family, but for me and who I am, I knew that I couldn't realistically consider it," he said.
Today, Aimee is 36 years old and also performs as a singer. She has always wanted to work on music and has publicly criticized her parents' decision to produce the reality show in the past. As she pointed out in previous interviews, getting involved with the TV show could hinder your career as an artist.

"I wanted to be a singer and felt that if I stayed on 'The Osbournes', it would end up being ruined," she said on one occasion. "I never wanted to contaminate my personal and family life with the worlds of the profession and the public. For me, nothing is more important than having a very clear limit between the two," he said in 2015 to Rolling Stone.
