Hailing from EspÃrito Santo, Brazil, Bridy is a singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist producer who embarked on his solo career in 2012. His debut single, "Eu contra você," garnered significant attention, earning him a spot on national channels like Rede Cultura and MTV.
In 2015, Bridy had the privilege of working in the studio with Esteban Tavares (former member of Fresno) and was invited to join his band for a two-year stint. He even contributed to the composition of the song "As Terças Podem Ser Invertidas" for the album "Saca la Muerte de tu Vida," which became a fan-favorite during their subsequent tour. In 2022, Bridy's collaboration with Esteban Tavares and Lucas Silveira on a cover of the song further solidified their artistic bond after years of separation.
Despite the challenges brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic, Bridy released the English album "Unbroken," which unfortunately saw its tour canceled. Undeterred, he delved into the realm of music production, earning a nomination for the prestigious Indigo Award for his work on Tony Valret's song "Another Way" in Chile. This led to further production projects, including the album "Exilado" by Marcelo Gross (formerly of Cachorro Grande).
As life returns to a semblance of normality in 2022, Bridy is gearing up to celebrate the 10th anniversary of his debut album, "Coragem" (Courage). The project features exciting collaborations with renowned national rock artists such as Rodrigo Koala (Hateen) and Esteban Tavares (Fresno).
